The Alfa Romeo 156 is a minimized official auto created by the Italian automaker Alfa Romeo from 1997 to 2007 (Q4 Cross wagon was delivered to the end of 2007, the 156 cantina was stopped late in 2005 in Europe). It was presented at the 1997 Frankfurt Motor Show as the swap for the Alfa Romeo 155. Autos were amassed at Fiat Group production line in Pomigliano d'arco, Thailand (creation in Thailand began March 2002, Italy and General Motors office in Raying, and kept going couple of years, autos were focused for Asia Pacific markets. Somewhere around 1997 and 2005, 680,000 156s were delivered, an immense accomplishment for the brand.
The 156 was accessible in both cantina and home Sport wagon body styles with seven motor setups and it experienced two facelifts, first in 2002 and second in 2003. The Sport wagon promoting crusade was made with on-screen character Catherine Zeta-Jones.
