Alfa Romeo 4C, by the manufacturer, Alfa Romeo, is a small, lightweight, two-seat sport car with the tub, front and rear crash box made of ultra light carbon fibre while the front and rear frames are made of aluminium. The chassis of the car weighs around 143 pounds, made of carbon fibre. The top speed is 258 Kmph and 100 Kmph acceleration is achieved in just 4.5 seconds. The car comes with a new 1.8 litre, 300 PS (221kW) engine. The 4C comes with Dual Dry Clutch Transmission, 6 speed Alfa TCT and it can be controlled by gearshift paddles on the steering wheel. The behavior of engine, brakes, suspension, throttle response and gearbox is controlled by an Alfa ‘DNA’ (abbr. Dynamic Control Selector). 4C has been awarded as the “Most Beautiful Car of the Year 2013” at the 29th International Automobile Festival and has been given the “Best Cars 2014” awards.
