VALENCIA, SPAIN - DECEMBER 5: A 2000 Ferrari 360 Modena at the 2011 Valencia Car Show on December 5, 2011 in Valencia, Spain. by RobWilson | show original size
It is one of the most famous cars by Ferrari and all around the world people seem to know this car by name. It is a two-seater sports car built by Ferrari from 1999 to 2005 and came with a 6 speed manual transmission. The same 3.6 L Tipo F131 V8 engine was installed in the Ferrari 360. A lot of hard work was put by Ferrari engineers and no wonder why the car could reach 62 mph in just 4.3 seconds.
The world famous 360 Spider is Ferrari's twentieth road-going convertible and the manufacturers strengthened the sills, stiffened the front of the floorpan and redesigned the windscreen frame. Challenge Stradale was another variant of Ferrari 360 that was launched by Ferrari later. Challenge Stradale accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.0 seconds (three tenths faster than a Modena). It is interesting to note that the Ferrari 360 GT is a race version of the 360 Modena.
