The Fiat 500L is a mini MPV produced by Fiat and its design is based on the Fiat 500 model. This car was to be launched in 2011 but was delayed due to developmental problems and was finally showcased at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. Assembly of the 500L is carried out at Kragujevac, Serbia and it is offered in the body style of a 5-door hatchback. The car has a front engine layout and is front-wheel-drive enabled. The platform used to produce the vehicle belongs to the GM Fiat small platform and the vehicle is related to the Fiat Grande Punto, Fiat Diablo, and Alfa Romeo MiTo. Powertrain of the car consisted of several engine variants starting from 0.9L petrol to 1.4L Multijet II I4 and two versions of diesel engines at 1.3L and 1.6L the transmission coupled to the Powertrain included 6-speed automatic, 5-speed semi-automatic and 6-speed manual gearbox.
