Fiat 850 was first produced in 1964 and it succeeded Fiat 127 and Fiat 133. Fiat 850 had many similarities with Fait 600 especially the engine. However, the capacity of 850 engine was increased to 843 cc. 850 was manufactured in two versions: normale which had 34 hp and super which had 37 hp. The maximum speed that this model is said to have reached is 125 km/h (78 mph). Although it did not come out as a unit with large technical developments, it did have a very cute look with large rolling eyes and a short tail. Fiat 850 Special, Fiat 850 Familiare, Fiat 850 Coupé/Sedan and Fiat 850 Spider are some of its variations with changes in hp and power of the engine.
