Fiat Releases New Car Models This Year

A popular car choice among buyers, Fiat has always enjoyed a good customer base in the Indian automotive scene.  Recent responses to its cars has been great,  and with a quality product portfolio, that includes the likes of the Punto and the Linea, Fiat is looking at a good positive rate of growth in the Indian car-market. Riding its wave of success, Fiat has announced that four new models, shall be introduced into the market, by the end of the year. This will include revised, and face-lifted versions of the most popular Linea and the Punto, the existing models. New models like the Avventura, a Contemporary Utility Vehicle will be having its global debut in India. Other models touted to be released are the Abarth 500.

Fiat grew by over 80 percent, during the last quarter, 108 dealerships being opened all over the country in just 11 months.  The world famous Jeep brands, will be making their debut, as well, with nine models to be locally assembled, and the rest to be imported. Fiat is poised for steady growth, over the next few years, as the company’s policy driven marketing model, reaps them benefits. Quality has always been Fiat’s forte, with the Linea being one of the safest cars in its segment. The materials, and the finishing, and the entire package, offered by Fiat is very high quality, with customers getting more than what they pay for. They aim at having a vehicle production capacity of 2,45,000 units annually, almost 1,00,000 more than their current rate.
