Limited Edition “World Champion Edition” Ninja ZX-10R announced

Tom Sykes won the 2013 World Superbike Championship by riding the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R. With as much as 9 wins and 8 pole positions the year has been fantastic for the Kawasaki racing team and Tom and they have created something outstanding and memorable to celebrate for.

To remember the celebration now Tom Syke and the Kawasaki Motors UK are coming up with the limited World Championship Edition of the Ninja ZX-10R. The edition will comprise of just 25 examples and priced at an extra price of £550 over the normal price. The non-ABS motorbike now will be costing £12,749.

A 2013 Kawasaki graphics kit will be used to livery the bike and will be fitted with Kawasaki tank pad and Leo Vinci EVO 2 exhaust.  The bikes will be added with a Tom Sykes signed extra box-cover and a personally initialed official authentication letter. On the final note special plaques have been created with lazer-etching to denote the Championship as well as a declaration proclaiming their participation in the limited edition run of the Ninja ZX-10R. The WSBK Championship has been regained after a break of a gap of 2 decades and Sykes celebrated the fact by saying that it was a dream come true for last year and he was happy to be participating in the Kawasaki heritage for racing. He added that the 25 limited edition bikes would enable 25 people to be part of the Ninja racing history.

Kawasaki’s Craig Watson said that the World Superbike Championship has been won by Kawasaki after a gap of 20 years and it is a fitting gesture that the limited edition of the Ninja has been issued at his home country and to honor Tom’s success.

From Mid-march onward the bikes will be available for order and the vehicle will be delivered on the basis of first come, first serve and all the limited edition Ninjas will be without ABS.
