The wait is over, the new 2015 Ford Mustang is here
The long wait is over now because the new 2015 Ford Mustang has been unveiled officially! 49 years after the birth of the original Mustang, the latest one is worth the wait. As usual, the official release of the car was preceded by numerous leaks, teaser videos and spy shots.
Photo 1: FORDAccording to the latest leaked images the new Mustang sports a completely upgraded design over the exiting model but inherits the true Mustang qualities. The new design adds more fluidity and sleekness unlike the outgoing model that featured a square front and far less curves and overall injects a more aggressive look to the Ford car.
The latest added features include a low roof and wider stance, wider track and wider back renders 3-D three-bar rear-lights with sequenced indicators and a polished frontal appearance with remodeled front grille. Inside, the Mustang can be obtained in three engine options and they are: an updated 3.7L V-6, a highly powerful 5.8 L V-8 and a brand new EcoBoost 2.3 liter. The last one is featured with direct injection, turbocharger and variable cam timing to assist in delivering power excess of 305 hp and 300lb-ft of thrust.

All these Mustang engines can be fused with an upgraded manual as well as a refurbished automatic transmission clubbed with a steering wheel attached gear shifters. The efforts to improve the Mustang’s operations are much more significant while the updates being equally important. First time in its history the new Mustang displays a new front suspension system and all independent rear. The suspension has been reinforced with a new sub-frame in the front to stiffen the structure which incidentally reduces weight and improves handling of the car.
