Triumph 800 XC for Next Gen Riders
The Triumph Tiger XC comes with a 1215cc three-cylinder engine with a broad spread of torque, shaft drive and long fuel range. The engine is built with modern technology to make it strong and dependable, requiring low maintenance levels. The engine can produce 137PS and 121 Nm. It has got a class-leading handling and genuine off-road ability. The bike is rated at 68 mpg at a steady 56 mph. Other features include ABS, traction control and cruise control. The cruise control eases fatigue over long distances and optimizes fuel efficiency.
Photo 1: TRIUMPHTo add to the off-road capabilities of the bike, it has got unique spooked wheels and other equipments like a sump guard, fog lights, and hand guards to add to the adventures. The bike gives a perfect riding position along with high, upright and dominant wide bars with plenty of space. Even the passenger gets plenty of space and handles to assure their safety. The seats are adjustable to either 837 mm or 857 mm, making it suitable to the height of the rider.
The XC is an easy, natural handling bike for both low speed corners as well as the fast sweepers. The long wheelbase (1530 mm) gives it an excellent stability and plenty of room on board. There are LCD instruments that use handlebar mounted thumb switches with up/down scrolling facility and an onboard computer. The screen also displays the tyre pressure monitoring system readout, heat seat-power indicator, and cruise control operation. An on-screen alert indicates ambient temperature.
