When Yamaha Aerox was debuted in 1997 it immediately became a hit and set new standards for the 50cc class it belongs to. The liquid cooled engine offered fine performance and the stable chassis offered great balance while riding. Front and back brakes with the 190mm discs have added immense stopping power. There has been great emphasis put on the body work and detailing to make the machine exclusive. With extremely light 5-spokewheel of 13-inches have been clothed with wide tires. It is 140mm of mass width at the back. Large space is available under the seat to store full size helmet. Aerox is an icon and loved by all hence the makers did not much change in its overall construction and its customizable ability makes it more sought after. Not much technical modifications have been offered to the two-wheeler but greater emphasis has been paid on the emission norms.
