Yamaha FZR600 is one of the initial sports motorcycles launched by Yamaha. This motorcycle saw production and sales during the last decade of the twentieth century. The production was discontinued owing to the competing models of the same brand available in the market. This 600 cc, four stroke engine and liquid cooled cylinder consisting beast are known for a number of goodies packed into a single unit. Yamaha FZR600 was known for the design which made the handling and control of the motorcycle impeccable. The forward tilted engine below the cylinders and the fuel cylinder riding on its rear allowed the making of a low seat motorcycle which had improved center of gravity and the rider could ensure complete control of the motorcycle even at high speeds. During its production period, Yamaha FZR600 witnesses minor changes, rather upgrades, which were aimed at boosting the sales and to keep up with the technological advancements which were visible in the competing brands.
